Jim Dulle's father in-law, Bill Ross, actually founded Alpine Plumbing in Denver, CO in the mid-1970s with Bill's son Bill Jr. and Jim as partners.

But, by the early 1980's, Jim and his wife Sherrie made the move to Tampa, where they started an affiliate company of Alpine and later, in 1984, went out their own.

They built the company up from a warehouse location on Linebaugh Ave. in the Carrollwood area of Tampa, where they were joined by their son in-law Kyle MacCullough in 1994.

Together, they continued the family tradition of service to local builders and contractors. They oversaw technological advances and created new systems, including, in 2000, a new building on Gunn Highway in an area of northwest Hillsborough county called Odessa.

"Today, we are most proud of the many relationships this business has afforded to us," MacCullough said, "and it's with these relationships that help us maintain a successful company in an ever changing and ever developing marketplace."
